The Challenge
SHARE is the UAE’s most popular loyalty programme – part of the Majid Al Futtaim family, with more ways to earn and redeem than anyone else. But of 6.6 million members, only a fraction were engaging beyond their grocery shop. The challenge? Turn passive users into active ones.

The Platform
Rewards All Around You – a long-term platform celebrating SHARE’s incredible breadth. We built four clear pillars – Shopping, Dining, Leisure, and Groceries — and created over 1,800 pieces of communication showcasing everything you can literally get your hands on.

The Idea
We launched the brand campaign with one simple truth: You can spend your points on anything you can get your hands on. From cinema tickets to ski slopes, handbags to hotel stays – if you can touch it, you can SHARE it.

The Work
A full-scale regional rollout across the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia – spanning DOOH, radio, retail, hospitality and even Ski Dubai – supported by social, CRM and member comms.

The Impact
The simplicity worked.
A 750K+ uplift in engagement within two weeks, and a 90-page creative toolkit built to keep the campaign running consistently long after launch. Proof that sometimes, the smartest ideas are the easiest to grasp.
