How many of us give up on our New Year's Resolutions halfway into January?
The Challenge
January’s full of guilt, kale, and broken promises.
PopWorks wanted to prove that “better for you” doesn’t have to mean boring – and that real change starts with resolutions you can actually keep.
The Idea
Working with the PopWorks and PepsiCo Global teams, we launched #RealResolutions – a playful twist on New Year goals that celebrate progress, not perfection. Because life’s too short for tasteless snacks and unrealistic expectations.
The Work
An experiential activation in the Netherlands, fuelled by six major Dutch influencers, invited people to share their #RealResolution for the chance to win a year’s supply of PopWorks. Across DOOH, social, and sampling, we served up positivity, and PopWorks.
The Impact
- 35K samples delivered 
- 6 influencer films and 18 digital assets 
- 3-day live activation and coupon giveaway 
- Campaign reach that went way beyond January 
And #RealResolutions didn’t stop there – it evolved into Real Reels, keeping the feel-good energy going all year round.
