The Insight
After 25 years of building better workplaces, BW wasn’t slowing down, they were stepping up. But this milestone wasn’t about a look back. It was a launch forward. BW25+UP became a moment to reflect, reset and rally the people who’d take BW into its next chapter.
The Idea
We designed an event with ambition at its core – BW25+UP.
Not just celebrating the last 25, but looking towards the next 25.part party, part provocation. BW25+UP brought together clients, collaborators and future-thinkers for an evening of conversation, connection and curious cocktails. A bold, beautiful space sparked new thinking. A live panel explored what's next for work, leadership and the planet. And BW’s secret sauce? Bottled and handed out with love.
The Impact
The event lit a fire. Internally, it inspired pride and possibility. Externally, it signalled evolution. Not just 25 years done. But 25 years done right – and so much more to come.
The Idea
We launched the brand platform with a fun, fast-moving spinning film with Gong cha at the centre – growing the tea (at high altitude), the flavours of the tea (modern and creative) and how tea should be enjoyed (with friends).
We launched across 15 countries with ambient in-store digital screens, DOOH and, of course, across social.
